SIA "Cipari Baltic" was founded in 2002 by several former "Big 4" auditors. During our audits we observed numerous best accounting practices used at our client companies. The goal of our company was to combine all those practices and offer our clients high quality and convenient accounting service. Initially, the company focused on providing accounting to foreign company subsidiaries operating in Riga, Latvia. This has allowed us to gain unmatched expertise in performing accounting of various complexity and legal requirements. Gradually, we took in more and more small and medium local Latvian companies. Today we serve clients that operate almost in almost all industries. Our assignments range from performing selected work for a major Latvian bank to providing full-service accounting for small local startups. Accounting is a complex science requiring knowledge and experience. Legislation is getting more complex. New technologies offer new opportunities, yet one must have skills to convert them into practical solutions. Our strength is to hide this complexity and make accounting simple and convenient.
