The development of Treybrooke Village of Greensboro, NC, Brannigan Village of Winston-Salem, NC, Broadstone Village of High Point, NC and River Landing Apartments of Myrtle Beach, SC shortly followed. In 2002, CIP Construction was formed as the multifamily development arm of The Carroll Companies. The company's portfolio now consists of over 14,000 units in operation, under construction or in development with an asset value of over $1.4 Billion US. CIP Construction operates in the Carolinas, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas. The company has approximately $450 million in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects under development.
