CIMA DEL POMER, A SENSE OF PLACE A SENSE OF MEASURE § EN Rooted in the Venetian hills of Asolo, within the wider cultural horizon of the Land of Venice, and shaped by a broader European sensibility between Italy and Germany. Cima del Pomer is an independent project where wine, land, and cultural identity come together with a clear, long-term vision. Our work moves between the heritage of a certain Venetian culture and the rhythm of the hills, preserving what matters while allowing it to evolve with clarity and intention. § IT Radicato nelle colline di Asolo, all’interno del più ampio orizzonte culturale della Terra di Venezia, e formato da una sensibilità europea che unisce Italia e Germania, Cima del Pomer è un progetto indipendente in cui vino, territorio e identità culturale si incontrano in una visione chiara e di lungo periodo. Non nasce come una cantina nel senso convenzionale, ma come un luogo in cui la semplicità — e la pazienza richiesta dalla fermentazione in bottiglia secondo tradizione — diventano una forma di lusso silenzioso, in cui ogni elemento è guidato dalla coerenza, piuttosto che dalla produzione in scala. Qui il vino è espressione di un “sentire” che affonda le radici nella terra di origine aprendosi verso l’orizzonte della laguna, in un dialogo continuo tra colline e acqua, tra memoria e visione. Il nostro lavoro si muove tra l’eredità della Serenissima e il ritmo naturale del tempo, preservando ciò che conta e accompagnandolo in una evoluzione lenta, autentica e consapevole — senza fretta e senza sosta.
