Cilter is child-protection software that makes internet use safe for children by analysing ALL data both coming into and going out of the device, filtering it for offensive content and then alerting parents if there is an imminent threat to their child. The purpose of Cilter is to keep childern safe online by preventing them being bullied, coerced, harassed and groomed through communication channels on their devices.
