Since 1987, CII CoE on Skills has partnered with Industry to build a robust skill ecosystem, enhancing productivity through a skilled workforce. CII Skills bridges Industry and youth, impacting over 1 million annually via Multi Skill Institutes, Career Centres, CSR initiatives, and global certifications. CII Centre of Excellence on Skills: Objectives 1. Curating talent sourcing for the Industry 2. Developing highly productive talent pool through skilling, reskilling and upskilling programmes 3. Aligning Industry curriculum with NSQF standards. 4. Leveraging Recruit-Train-Deploy (RTD) model to map Industry demands, mobilise candidates, coordinate Industry-led training and facilitate employment 5. Mapping emerging & future jobs 6. Creating CII certified talent 7. Implementing Industry-driven curriculam, trainers, and assessors 8. Fostering a diverse and inclusive talent pool 9. Digital skilling 10.
