Existing operational implementation and execution stay exactly the same. The only thing that changes through the Cicada Exchange is the way in which prices are set and volumes agreed. Volume setting is much more flexible with quarterly or annual contracts available. Multiple contracts in a quarter or year for the same roaming contract are possible and easy to agree. It will deliver significant cost savings over time.
