CIBCO is built on an extensively gained experience and credibility within the real estate sector in three continents. Beginning in Paraguay, the business expanded to Brazil, Argentina, and the US as well as to the Middle East. The company CIBCO was registered in 1992 in Lebanon, but its history dates back longer than so through its successful developer. During the 1970's and 1980's, the founder of CIBCO developed large commercial and residential properties and improved infrastructure in Latin America. In late 1980's, the founder of CIBCO entered the US market and developed the country club community Sabal Springs in North Fort Myers, Florida. Sabal Springs Golf & Racquet Club consisted of an 18-hole executive golf course surrounded by 800 houses and plenty of recreational activities. Sabal Springs Golf & Racquet Club's managing general partner was Flagler 251 Inc. Owned by Flagler 251 Inc (CIBCO's founder) is still today The Galeria International, a retail and restaurant mall located on Flagler Street in downtown Miami. Today, CIBCO is the leader in communities on its home market Lebanon. CIBCO can proudly present four major projects; Al Majal, Sky Towers, J. Towers and Omnia, which each of them are developments designed and executed to match clients' needs and preferences.
