CIARS (Center for Intelligent Analytical and Robotic Systems) is a Russian developer of artificial intelligence technologies and technological solutions for business, an accredited IT company. The intelligent services developed by us based on machine learning, data processing and the Internet of Things are used in the financial sector, energy, agriculture and other sectors of the economy. CIARS develops software for predicting dynamics in various markets, optimizing production processes, analyzing and processing natural language, graphs and images. We also design and build intelligent robots and IoT systems. Our team currently has >40 experts with unique experience in the joint development of intelligent software, including 2 doctors of Economics and 7 candidates of technical sciences. The solutions implemented by our team are already being applied: • in a voice assistant available on > 50 million mobile devices; • in an innovative corporate knowledge base and interactive system for advising clients of the largest bank of the Russian Federation; • in forecasting the implementation of large contracts for the federal agency; • in forecasting staffing needs for the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation. Our employees actively cooperate with the higher education system: • develop methodological support for academic disciplines based on the experience of technology development, share their experience with teachers; • opened the basic department of CIARS "Applied Artificial Intelligence" at the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics, where they share their experience with students in the disciplines: IT and programming, AI/ML/CV systems, DL in artificial neural networks; • Regularly hold hackathons and accept students for internships in projects to solve applied problems of economics and business all year round.
