CIA Services Group provides a one stop for all property cleaning and maintenance requirements. Our service expertise is diverse but at CIA’s core is our commitment to delivering high standards with cost effective solutions. Cleaning services range from office, commercial and residential cleaning to event and venue cleaning with waste management and ancillary services provided. We deliver fully integrated building management within the Owners Corporation sector and the provision of Building Managers and Caretakers. Our Property Maintenance division covers all reactive and programmed maintenance as well as renovation works requiring design, planning and delivery of multi-trades.
