High-precision mechanical parts with a forty-years experience, combining Additive Manufacturing (Selective Laser Melting) and Traditional Machining (Milling, Turning, EDM). Operating in Automotive (Racing), Aerospace, Packaging and Medical sectors. We pioneered the SLM technology in Italy starting in 2007 with a Concept Laser M2 Cusing. In 2016 we were the first company in Italy to install a Concept Laser XLine 2000R, the world's largest direct metal laser sintering system. Our SLM department can now rely on four Concept Laser M2 Cusing, one M1 Cusing and one XLine 2000R. The Traditional Machining department counts four machining centers (Mori Seiki, Stama, GF Mikron), six milling machines (Makino, OMV), eight turning machines (Hardinge, Mori Seiki). We have an EDM department too, with two Makino and two Suzhou Baoma machines. Our company is ISO 9001:2008 certified and we are now implementing the aerospace standard AS-9100. With quality in mind, we continue investing in the most advanced equipment for our Metallurgical and Metallographic Laboratory as for our Dimensional Control department.
