When I was 18, I tried to fit 100 hours of university, work, professional sports and a social life in a single week. After an (unsurprising) breakdown, I started using habits to take better care of myself. Now 10 years later, the habits I've established create so much value for me, it would almost be selfish to keep that to myself. Hence, Chumble was born.
