Chromatic is an independent lighting design practice exploring what light makes possible for people and places. We work across architecture, interiors and landscape to shape experience through light—bringing creative perspective, technical precision and construction knowledge to projects from the first idea through final adjustment. Our work is grounded in curiosity, collaboration and the belief that design excellence and human consideration belong together. Beyond individual projects, we continually refine the perspectives, processes and practical tools that help thoughtful ideas become clear, buildable and durable. We believe this strengthens both our work and the wider practice of design. Based in Los Angeles, Chromatic is committed to creating more equitable, welcoming and meaningful experiences in public and private spaces.
