Christine's Christmas Information

Christine's Christmas Concert: Each December, our Columbus community gathers together for Christine's Christmas, an annual concert event in memory of Christine Wilson. Event proceeds benefit local children's charities each year. Christine’s Christmas is dedicated to the legacy of Christine Wilson and how out of the most dire circumstances, one person’s life can make such an impact on a community. Our mission is simple, one life can impact so many. Your impact is real and it is lasting. Christine Wilson’s Story: In the early morning hours of Palm Sunday April 13, 2003, an arsonist set fire to a house in the University District of Columbus, OH, taking the life of 19-year-old Ohio University student Christine Wilson and four others. Christine was a kind and compassionate young woman who cared deeply for children and hoped to work with them in her career path, teaching and improving their lives. Although Christine has passed, her dreams and legacy continue to impact the community through Christine’s Christmas.
