After New Zealand, Australia followed in 1997 and then Canada in 2003. The family-owned New Zealand Trust Services Limited employs 160 full-time staff across NZ, Australia, and Canada and up to 300 temporary staff over Christmas. Orders are dispatched from warehouses in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Auckland, Tauranga and Toronto to customers as far away as the Northern Territories, Chatham Islands, and the Yukon.
