Dr Chris Trace has been working in UK Higher Education for the last two decades. Originally a Veterinary Surgeon, Dr Trace has moved from Veterinary Education first as an eLearning Consultant and then as a Teaching Academic, before becoming the Head of Digital Learning at the University of Surrey and subsequently the Chief Academic Officer for an AI EdTech start-up. He is the recipient of the Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellence (CATE) as well as the D2L Excellence Award, and is a National Teaching Fellow (NTF). He partners with Higher Education Institutions to help them adapt their education, with Artificial Intelligence being the hot topic currently.
