As a technologist, photographer, and team leader, I aim to foster human connection. That’s why I love working on the Adobe Photoshop Lightroom team. Every day, I help create experiences that enable customers to share the moments that matter — the instant they happen — with the people they care about. I also get to make a difference in the lives of my amazing team members. I’ve had the great opportunity to build world-class teams at both Adobe and Apple where I helped create the iPhone camera and RAW camera experiences. Hiring great talent is just the beginning — it’s my job to help people grow by giving them opportunities to collaborate, strengthen their skills, and take on new challenges. I lead with empathy, communicate a clear vision, and make sure that everyone understands their unique value and limitless potential. Together, we use next generation AI/ML technologies and the Adobe Camera RAW framework to delight customers around the world with awesome features like auto-masking and content aware erase. We create quick, easy tools that enable them to capture and share their life stories through photos and videos. Our work is rewarding, and we have much fun doing it.
