Since 1981, the CHRIS 180 mission has been to heal children, strengthen families and build community. CHRIS is an acronym that represents our core values: Creativity, Honor, Respect, Integrity and Safety. Our goal is to unlock the potential of Georgia’s youth and fortify families by providing a hand up, not just a handout, through our integrated Family of Services. We believe that potential is a right, not a privilege. This holistic approach enables children, youth and families to unlock their potential for happiness, health and success despite challenging circumstances, often beyond their control. We offer an array of individualized programs through our Family of Services which includes: Behavioral Health, Safe Homes & Environments, Strong Communities and Education & Training. Our ambition is to be Georgia's go-to place where every vulnerable child or traumatized youth discovers how to unlock their potential.
