Delta Housing is a locally managed and governed housing association, with offices in Chelmsford and Southend-on-Sea. Established in April 2026, it was formed through the merger of CHP and Estuary, two long-standing and well-respected housing associations. Delta owns and manages over 17,000 homes across Essex and its neighbouring counties. Many of these homes are for social and affordable rent. They also provide housing services for people living independently in sheltered schemes and offer care and support services to people living with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and/or physical disabilities.
