Whilst attending her first event Chow found it very difficult to find any sort of costume and accessories for her character and seeing this gap in the Market "Chows Emporium" was born, from such humble beginnings it has now grown to be a regular sight on the LARP trader circuit. Tracing our roots back to the 1980's we have been involved in LARP in some form or another for over 27 years from it's inception at Treasure Trap to the present day, and between us have nearly 50 years experience in the hobby. If you have visited any of the major LARP festivals over the last few years, then you will have at some point most probably visited Chows Emporium selling as it does an eclectic mix of costume and accessories. We do try to attend most of the major events in the UK throughout the year (please see our live events section to see where and when we are trading) but now have the website to offer you a chance to purchase our goods throughout the year. We don't claim to be the "greatest this" or the "largest that", but we DO take pride in the fact that we know LARP. We know what works and we know what doesn't, as our thousands of customers over the years will attest to, we believe in the simple adage that the best customer is the repeat customer, our reputation for quality and fair prices has grown in the LARP community through word of mouth, and all of our items are designed and sourced specifically with LARP in mind.
