Chordal's InstantClear™ technology is a transactional clearance engine for commercially released music. It identifies and connects fractional rights holder across master and publishing, clears both simultaneously, generates auditable contract bundles, and routes payments to every stakeholder: in a single workflow. This can be done on-platform or via our InstantClear API, which enables 3rd party platforms to launch music licensing experiences on top of our clearance infrastructure. What that means in practice: Brands can license the actual songs their audiences love, platforms can offer real catalog at scale without taxing their licensing team, licensees can clear tracks on deadline, with documentation that holds up: Rights holders get paid correctly, every time, without chasing invoices. We built Chordal because the music industry deserves infrastructure that enables it to rise and meet the moment of where content production already is.
