As of 1 October 2026, Caplign Wealth GmbH and CHOM CAPITAL GmbH are joining forces to create an independent, internationally positioned wealth and asset management boutique. The new platform brings together entrepreneurial ownership, institutional investment expertise and personal client relationships. Its guiding principle is simple: to manage clients’ wealth with the same long-term perspective, transparency and discipline with which we manage our own. For investors in the CHOM CAPITAL funds, nothing changes. The investment objectives, investment policies and investment process remain unchanged. Our established CHOM CAPITAL investment philosophy will continue within the new platform. Fund names, ISINs, share classes and the fee structure also remain unchanged. Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH continues to act as the management company, and also the depositary remains unchanged. No action is required from investors.
