As Choffy grows we are looking forward to the opportunity to find certified organic cacao that we can use to begin providing an organic product offering. At Choffy we are not only dedicated to producing a fantastic product, but we are also committed to help to improve the lives of others. We believe that this extends all the way to the farmers who work hard to grow and bag our cacão. To help ensure that this happens we have selected and work with a company that is on the ground in the countries where we use their cacão. This company is committed to ensure that all farmers are treated with respect and receive proper a wage. We make sure that we pay prices for our cacao that are quite honestly above the fair trade price. That way we can purchase top notch cacão at a fair price. We hope that you will join us in our efforts to help better the lives of all people who are associated with our products by choosing the original brewed chocolate. IS CHOFFY CERTIFIED KOSHER? Choffy does not have a Kosher Certification. However, there is only one ingredient in Choffy, and that is 100% premium cacao bean. There are no additives whatsoever in Choffy or in the process. Choffy is the only thing that is processed in our warehouse, and the only thing that has ever been processed with our proprietary machinery. WHERE DO I BUY CHOFFY? Choffy can be purchased right here on our website. We do have select stores, cafes and restaurants throughout the United States that sell Choffy. We are expanding our locations everyday. Find a location near you by clicking on our locations page. If we don't yet have a location nearby, please considering printing off this information sheet and taking it to your favorite stores or restaurants and tell them you would like to purchase Choffy at their location. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? We ship via USPS Priority mail or UPS, depending on the weight of the package and the distance. We are located in Nevada. We require an internal processing time of 2-3 business days from when you place your order. Once shipped, most transit times are 5-7 business days. HOW DOES AUTOSHIP (RECURRING ORDERS) WORK? Our Schedule and Save program (also called Autoship) is easy to use. Follow these easy steps:Choose which Choffy you would like to receive for regular shipments. Select the frequency for your shipments from the drop down menu (21, 30, 45, 60, or 90 days). Click the add to cart button. Proceed through the checkout process. Done! You will receive your selected Choffy at the interval selected. If you should choose to modify or cancel your autoship order follow these easy steps:Log in to your account - located at the top of the screen on any page at Choffy.com.Scroll down to the section titled "Recurring Orders". Click on the "view details" after the order number you wish to change. You will see then see the option to change the frequency or your order, the date of the next order shipment, or to cancel the order completely. Save the changes you have made. If you choose to change the product you have on autoship you will need to cancel the existing order and start a new order. Special promotions regarding autoship are applied in the shopping cart, not on the specific product page. HOW CAN I FIND A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER? As soon as your order is processed for shipping, you may find the tracking number of your order by logging into your account on Choffy.com.
