Chipster Properties is a privately held real estate company which invests in urban apartment communities and commercial real estate in select markets in the United States. Since 1996, Chipster Properties and its affiliates have steadily grown the portfolio by both acquisition and appreciation of value. Holdings have included high-rise and garden style apartments as well as pedestrian oriented commercial properties. We invest in areas where people live, work and play in the same urban environment.
