Chip Designers Guild is a student-led semiconductor innovation community focused on building real chip-design capability from fundamentals to silicon. Our mission is to bridge the gap between classroom electronics education and industry-grade VLSI system development by training students in RTL design, verification, physical design, and open-source ASIC flows. We work on structured learning tracks, collaborative hardware projects, and long-term tapeout-oriented research initiatives including RISC-V SoC development, Edge-AI accelerators, and low-power computing architectures. The Guild brings together students passionate about building the future of silicon — not just studying it. Areas of focus: • Digital VLSI Design • ASIC Flow (RTL → GDSII) • RISC-V Architectures • Edge-AI Hardware • Physical Design • Verification Methodologies • Open-source EDA ecosystem We are building tomorrow’s chip designers today.
