China Sports Promotions is building grass roots boxing in China. The company started as a community event in 2008 and quickly became recognized as the most professionally managed boxing event platform in China. Our events have taken place in Shanghai, Beijing, Macao, and Taipei. Collectively we have raised over RMB 3m in donations for charity organizations in China. This year we committed to supporting More Than Aware in Shanghai, a charity that supports women who have fought or are currently fighting breast cancer. We focus on creativity, quality and execution allowing our team to produce the best black tie fight nights in the world. We have unrivaled access to some of the best partners in Asia allowing us to produce high impact, well executed events. In 2015 we moved into reality television production. The 8 episode series called 'White Collar Boxing' aired on Sohu.com in June and received over 8 million views. In 2016 we partnered with IPCN, the leading producer of reality television content in China. Together, IPCN produced a new series called WeBox on Youku.com which enjoyed 20 million viewers throughout the 5 weeks of broadcasting, with just over 4.5 million viewers watching our live broadcast at our December 2016 fight night. In 2017 we launched a mobile fitness application called 'WeBox', and in 2018 we launched a boxing fitness gym chain under the same brand to provide offline participation. Today the company has one core focus: building a boxing gym chain called WeBox. Our black tie events, television show and mobile application are part of our top line marketing strategy for generating interest in recreational boxing participation.
