The parent company of China Investment Securities Co. is wholly owned by Central Huijin Investment Ltd., which carried out the mandate authorized by the State Council, representing the Chinese Government , performing its duties as the investment fund provider and investing 100% state-owned company in the focused financial sector in compliance with regulations. The Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors of Central Huijin are appointed by the State Council and report to the State Council.
