Chimneys.com Information

Chimneys.com was established in 1994 by Oliver Beauchemin and Ron Herman. It was the first web site focused on chimneys. At the time, Oliver was running a chimney service company in the Boston area, as well as a start-up industry magazine. The Internet was in its infancy, and it seemed only natural to setup a web site for homeowners and chimney professionals focused on everything chimneys. In October 2011, we launched the current version of Chimneys.com on an entirely new platform, enabling us to offer more information and services to homeowners, while expanding our offerings to Chimney Professionals and Industry Vendors & Manufacturers. This was not just the launch of a new web site, but also the launch of a new business. We have lots of exciting plans for Chimneys.com in the upcoming months.
