Chilly Dippers Information

Chilly Dippers is a mental health and social initiative aimed at getting people out into nature to feel the mental and physical health benefits of cold-water swimming. We host big swims across The UK (and virtual events) for our dippers, to create a space that generates a greater conversation around mental health.
