Children's Medical Foundation (CMF), formerly known as Project HOPE Hong Kong, was established in 1995 by Project HOPE US, a non-profit health education charitable organization. CMF's mission is to develop and implement sustainable health care solutions for children in Asia, with a focus on helping underprivileged children in rural Asia. By establishing collaborative partnerships and institutional linkages, CMF provides capacity building initiatives to bring accessible health care to rural communities and to strengthen primary care and community health in Asia. CMF currently addresses infant mortality in China by establishing neonatal care units, training medical care professionals, donating crucial equipment and providing financial assistance to families who cannot afford life-saving treatment for their newborns. Monitoring and evaluation are key elements of our program design, as well as accountability and transparency in our use of donor funds. If you are passionate and interested in joining our work, please contact us at donate@cmf.org.hk.
