CHI Health at Home, located just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio, provides services in Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Nebraska, Ohio, Tennessee, and Washington. With nearly 2,600 employees throughout the organization, CHI Health at Home provides four distinct but coordinated home-based health care services, including: Home Care Hospice Care Home Infusion Therapy Supplemental Staffing The partnership and collaboration between these service lines positions CHI Health at Home as a leader in post-hospital home health care.
