At Chez Olivier we are one of the only French restaurants in Melbourne - possibly even Australia - where traditional French cooking techniques and traditional dishes are combined with our own interpretation and background, and using only quality Autralian and French ingredients. Of course you'll find on our menu most of the expected traditionals like Snails in Garlic Butter, warm Goat Cheese Salad, Charcuterie, and Bisque alongside some genuinely French Coq au Vin, Boeuf Bourguignon or Steak with Bearnaise. However, we advise you to have a thorough look at the menus below as they are full of surprises.
