Representative Matters • Successfully represented a creditor in the Luxembourg enforcement of a €500 million international commercial arbitral award, obtaining favourable decisions before the Luxembourg Court of Appeal and Court of Cassation. • Acted in connection with a US$1 billion investment treaty arbitration administered under the Permanent Court of Arbitration involving a European State.
