ChetComm is a strategic communications and systems firm that helps complex organizations bring clarity to how they think, communicate, and operate. We work with founders and leaders when important work crosses the boundaries between strategy, operations, messaging, and execution. Rather than stopping at recommendations, ChetComm helps define the approach, build the systems around it, and operate them until they work. Our approach is grounded in shared thinking: making the judgment, standards, and underlying logic of an organization clear enough that capable people can exercise their own judgment and creativity while the organization continues to act with coherence. ChetComm works with a small number of organizations at a time across professional services, law, aviation, nonprofit, and closely held businesses.
