Strategic Solutions, LLC is the natural successor to Strategic Solutions, Inc. (SSI). Strategic Solutions, Inc. was a Sub-S Corporation with stock closely held by seven shareholders. In 1997, to enable the shareholders to liquidate their investments in the company in a straightforward, equitable way, Strategic Solutions, Inc. was dissolved. Then, Strategic Solutions, LLC was formed by the former principals of SSI.
