Touchpoints at Chestnut, 171 Main Street East Windsor, CT 06088, is a 60-bed rehabilitation center and skilled nursing facility located in the historic residential town of East Windsor, CT providing 24-hour nursing care to individuals through a unique combination of Nursing, Dietary Counseling, Recreational Programming, Rehab, and social services. Our goal is to help our residents maintain the highest level of independence by offering programs to keep them physically, mentally, and socially engaged.
