Chester BID Information

Chester BID (Business Improvement District) is: • A business led partnership which aims to deliver improvements to Chester city centre • Voted in by Chester businesses • Not local authority led and schemes and programmes are in addition to services provided by Cheshire West and Chester Council • Funded by a modest levy which goes into a fund to be spent on improving Chester City Centre • Now one of 200 operational BIDs across the UK Our Focus CH1ChesterBID will deliver integrated marketing campaigns and high quality events which will attract more visitors to increase spend, stay longer and repeat their experience in our city. Working together with key city partners, CH1ChesterBID will invest in a wide and varied programme of maintenance and enhancements that without BID funding could otherwise not take place. On behalf of all the BID members, CH1ChesterBID will provide one voice to be able to engage with the rest of the city and raise the issues that are important to you with key city stakeholders.
