I specialize in one-on-one coaching for leaders at all levels to assist them in becoming more effective. Every leader is unique, yet many of the issues and challenges we face are similar. Together, we will bring clarity and focus to your goals and develop new ways to leverage your strengths and build your confidence. I also offer team and group coaching where I will guide you to maximize your abilities or skills, individually and collectively, in order to achieve maximum results. As a life-long learner, I came to executive and team coaching later in my career. I am a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience, and I intimately understand the challenges and complexities of leadership in today’s context. I am a Certified Executive Coach through Royal Roads University and an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.
