Smart Mobility, Inc. was established in 2001 as a consulting firm based in Norwich, Vermont that integrates transportation and land use modeling, engineering, and planning. The firm was founded by Norman Marshall, Brian Grady, and Lucinda Gibson, who together represent 40 years of experience in transportation modeling, engineering, design and planning. Norm and Brian specialize in developing advanced tools and techniques for travel demand modeling, regional air quality modeling, and analysis of land use/ transportation systems, with a goal of developing more meaningful indicators from regional transportation models. Lucy Gibson, P.E. has gained experience as a consultant and as a regional transportation planner, and specializes in sustainable transportation planning and project development that is responsive to environmental concerns, land use goals and current transportation policies and programs.

Established in 2010. eco urban design is a privately owned team of designers, builders, innovators and creatives. We share a common purpose within our industry -- an intense desire to revive, enrich and create down right awesome living spaces for our clients. We specialize in interior design, residential remodel, kitchen and bath remodel, and landscape design. Additionally, we can provide color consults for those who crave more color but fear making the commitment without professional expertise. For those hard to fit, small urban spaces, we custom build furniture. We pride ourselves in developing strong client relationships and trustworthy vendor alliances. Great design is more than just skill and creativity; its also collaborative communication and professional follow through. eco urban design was created in response to a heart felt desire to develop design solutions that embrace sustainability and employ eco-friendly products. Not only because we respect our natural environment, but also because we recognize the big picture savings potential encapsulated within the now trendy terms, "reduce, reuse and recycle". We are here for three primary reasons; because we love what we do, because we idealize the concept of following creative dreams and ultimately because we believe in our ability to transform living environments into sacred spaces that reflect the owner's personality and enhance the lives of those contained within them.
