We spotlight underrepresented regional Chinese dishes, starting with our signature Fuzhou-style potato balls: the bouncier, naturally gluten-free dumpling. Made from a family recipe passed down through generations, our potato balls are sold frozen and ready to heat. We focus on a single regional specialty from Fuzhou, China, introducing people to a lesser-known dish with a unique texture and story.
