We were founded in 1992, when Mr. Krish Pillay our managing director recognised a need for a detergent company that combined premium products and service to the cleaning market. Krish Pillay has over 4 decades of learnt experience in the detergent industry having worked for the likes of Unilever and Chemserve. Mr. Pillay's skills are both technical and marketing and his hands on approach to Chemlog operations has ensured years of flawless running. Chemlog has approximately 150 types of products, affiliated products and equipment to cater for the wide spectrum of differing customer requirements. Chemlog is the only KZN based detergent manufacturing company to have more than 8 products SABS mark bearing as per SABS Certification website - November 2014, as well as SABS 1828/1853 Food Grade Detergents and Disinfectants.
