The Chelsea Baseball Club was founded in 1949 and on the 23rd of April 1949 played its very first competition game in the Dandenong Baseball Association. Since then the club has fielded teams in both the Dandenong Baseball Association over winter, and Baseball Victoria's Summer League over summer. In 2013, the Kingston Council invested in our club by proceeding with a multi-million dollar facilities and ground development project. These facilities give our club great excitement about the future of baseball in Chelsea. The club is building its junior program which is run by experienced coaches, and we can facilitate juniors of all ages from 5 years and up.
