Cheat Road Engineering, Inc. (CRE) is a young company that was formed in November of 2012. We created CRE with the goal of providing practical designs that meet our clients' needs while maintaining compliance with applicable codes at affordable costs to our clients. We have been meeting these goals for our clients along with providing site layout and construction management services. While CRE is a young company, our ownership and staff have extensive experience in the area of civil site design and construction. Our experiences includes the design of parking areas, ADA compliant ramps and walkways, working with landscape design professionals to integrate desirable low cost/low maintenance landscaping, and other design requirements related to residential and commercial development. We are currently involved with the design and construction of multiple commercial and residential site development projects that have a total construction cost of over $10 million. In addition, we provide services for single family homeowners and public entities. Our experience enables us to generate designs that will consider initial cost of construction, environmental constraints, permitting requirements, constructability, long-term maintenance costs, and incorporate user friendly design features.
