It was founded in 2001 to increase Latino representation in the House and Senate. Since then, it has doubled the size of the CHC, including getting the first Latina ever elected to the Senate. We are the largest caucus led PAC in DC and are on the cutting edge of mobilization and outreach to Latino voters nationwide.
