We develop close personal relationships with our clients. You will work closely with the attorney responsible for handling your case, and with our highly qualified staff. We employ no associate attorneys. Your case will be personally handled by either Andy Chasan or Tim Walton. Chasan & Walton limits the number of cases it accepts. We do not operate on a "volume" basis. Rather, we take a deep and personal interest in each and every client's case. In this way we give your case the attention it deserves in order to achieve the outstanding results for which we are known. Our Philosophy on Litigation: We don't accept a case that we are not willing to take to trial. That being said, we understand that most people don't want to end up in a trial and would prefer to settle. We would prefer that too; and candidly, most cases end up settling. However, our job is to get you the maximum recovery with the least amount of risk, and that often requires us to litigate your case. We are experienced trial lawyers. If the insurance company makes a fair offer, we'll advise you that a fair offer has been made; if they won't, we're not afraid to go to trial. We are very proud of our legal staff.
