I manage and procure the supply of store/retail fixtures, POP & POS stands and visual merchandising through tested Eastern European supply base. My focus are clients interested in production in European countries, seeking a partner providing local, direct and in-house services with no hidden costs. My role is to assist you with the production management from initial costing, planning and managing the manufacturing process through to delivery and installation supervision. Whether part or all of these services are provided, I will ensure you achieve the best value whilst retaining quality standards. I work directly for you and bring proven suppliers to increase your supply portfolio. Throughout my career I have built up a strong network of contacts locally and have first hand experience with many of Czech, Polish, Slovak, Ukrainian & Turkish suppliers. You pay the supplier directly, ensuring you get the best prices, and I will oversee and manage the process and ensure quality and controls are in place and the programme is maintained. My aim is to give you what you want; transparency on costs; quality bespoke products; and an outstanding service, this is the core and driver of my business.
