Charleston Home Builders Association Information

The Charleston Home Builders Association (CHBA) was established in 1959 in order to provide continuing support for the local homebuilding community. A registered 501c-6 non-profit organization, the CHBA serves members of the residential construction industry in the Lowcountry area of South Carolina, including Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester counties. The CHBA is dedicated to the future of the Lowcountry and works to promote homeownership through networking, education, advocacy and community outreach. Members consist of residential contractors, remodelers and developers, in addition to members representing all professions that support the homebuilding industry. The CHBA is affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Home Builders Association of South Carolina.
