Charles Woodard & Associates was established in 1979 and has been at the same location at 605 E. College Street, Dickson ,Tennessee since 1979. The office consists of seven (7) full time licensed real estate agents and six (6) licensed auctioneers. We specialize in estate sales, court sales, new construction and existing listings, which are placed in the Middle Tennessee Regional Multiple Listing Service. We were the first company in Dickson County to produce a computer mailing list that we continue to maintain on a weekly basis. We stay involved in community activities, such as school activities, horse shows, 4-H Club events, etc., and we are members of the Dickson County Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Clubs and the Dickson Livestock Association. We are a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors and Greater Nashville Association of Realtors as well as the National Auctioneers Association, Tennessee Auctioneers Association and Middle Tennessee Auctioneers Association.
