The firm was formed in 2025 through the merger of Charles Irvine Group, founded in London in 2014, and ARC Capital Markets, the Central European capital markets specialist. The combined business is owned entirely by its management and senior team, and is chaired by Andy Martin, former UK Chief Executive of BNP Paribas Real Estate. What we do: Charles Irvine raises capital for real estate owners, developers, fund managers and operators, and advises on transactions across the capital stack: equity and debt capital raising, joint ventures, recapitalisations, investment sales and acquisitions, build-to-suits and special situations.
