The idea of CHARISMIGHT germinated in 2011 with the thought of filling the gaps in training and development. We are the team of highly experienced HR Consultants and Psychologists with a strong technical backing from maritime professionals who constantly give their inputs in the development and execution of our training content. Apart from the Maritime industry we also offer training modules for Corporates, Educational Institutions and Schools. Our aim resonates with the name of our company which stands for utilizing and enhancing the “power of a personality”. Our main aim in CHARISMIGHT is to provide HR training in the Corporate and Maritime sector. Apart from providing high quality training solutions we also provide psychological counselling and Mental Health and wellness sessions to all levels of professionals. We also develop fun-workshops for children with the aim of developing emotionally intelligent and resilient individuals who are ready to take on the world with their confidence and Emotional Quotient.
