Character Plus Consulting Information

A proven system that teams have employed for years, our character analytics reports have been used in a variety of ways, including: - Pre-draft assessments designed to identify potential off-field issues and locker room fit - Social media breakdowns to further assess - Individualized and psychologically-based, post-draft plans outlining players’ paths to success, both on and off the field Reports incorporate all available information while attempting to explain past behavior and character traits, and assess future potential as a player. In making these well-researched, fact-based reports available to agents and players, we provide valuable insight into the pre-draft evaluation methods front offices are using to assess a player’s personal and football character and highlight concerns that could impact said player’s draft stock. In doing so, we allow them to take control of the narrative and be fully prepared for NIL opportunities, the pre-draft process, and more.
